TikTok influencer Harrison Sullivan has been detained after avoiding law enforcement for nearly a year related to reported driving offences.

The young adult, identified as HSTikkyTokky, was sought by local authorities for failing to attend a court date after a accident in Virginia Water, Surrey in March 2024.

Authorities had earlier issued an public call for information after the motorist of a high-performance vehicle linked to a crash with another car left the scene.

Mr Sullivan, who missed a court appearance in November, had since posted content on social media from the Middle East.

A statement from the police force on the start of the week stated: "A young man from Essex was arrested on Friday for not showing up at a legal proceeding for reckless operation of a vehicle.

"The individual appeared at Guildford Magistrates' Court on the weekend and is being held ahead of a further court appearance at Staines Magistrates' Court on Tuesday."

The court verified that allegations included failing to stop after an incident, operating a vehicle while handling a cellphone, and driving without proper coverage.
